caller from atlanta says "you are a bitch and your service sucks"...i reply "and your point sir?" he threatens to go dsl...i tell em hey we own that too its AT&T....he threatens to go @home...we run that too dude we got your ass anyway you look at it..your on our phone to even call and bitch. ALL YOUR BROADBAND ARE BELONG TO US!

sorry for the lack of updates..desperate times call for desperate measures so i been movin again..seems like its becomming more of a lifestyle than just another move....and at work im now a Resource Agent...i advise other techs on how to handle various "issues" and crap like that so i have to take less calls...thank god i was gonna go postal as it was:) anyway more updates comming as they develop...our newest trick is letting our idiot installers leave USB modems with people running Win95...doh it dosent support usb so it makes for interesting calls
