we got primo security...guards check all bags entering or leaving our facility to make sure we are not looting pc items..."hey hacksaw let me check your bag"
"oh i left the bomb and ak47 in the car brb" i guess this happens because one guy was looting ram at a frightning pace and headsets...he was on a COMPANY phone talkin to his girlfriend "so what you doing?" "just coppin ram right and left" bad idea big brother not only taped his stupid ass but had him escorted out by cops...btw we spend 250,000 $ a year on headsets...they just dissapear like socks in the washer

we have a team that does morale shit...like last fri they declared it was "Don Ho" day..and wanted everyone to wear hawaiian shit to work..gave out free lei's and had werid hawaiian foods...now what kind of acid are these guys doin i ask ya...most ppl there are in their 20s and have no clue who Don Ho is..what a fucked idea for a theme day at a pc place huh...they put little paper umbrellas on 100 pcs or so...i got the Ho part down i said but the don i gotta work on

im now a "resource agent" ...that means i get lots of calls from OTHER TECHS and less from idiots mercifully.....unfortunately times bein what they are some other techs have the pc skills of a 90 yr old...we got this old black woman who started the other day..we are graded on stats...resolved, transferred, quality etc..metrics ya know...without braggin (remember its an idiots job) i have the highest resolve rate of 40 on my team...resolving 94% of my calls and sending the rest to higher lvl techs who have toys i dont..like remote resetting of modems, assigning email addys and ips and such...anyway the new woman has been there 2 months or so and has a resolve rate of 10%....she is so bad almost every customer knows more than she does...yes she will get fired or transferred to another menial job ...but for now i have to answer her calls for help when she dosent know what to do on a call....which is like...EVERY CALL SHE GETS.....wtf this biyatch would get fired from macdonalds much less tech support....5 minutes into every call the customer figures out he has got rooked and demands a real tech...guess who gets the transfer
