call volume has really fallen...was taking almost 60 calls a day now its like 35....dispite the incredible tunover rate we are firing people right and left...mostly ppl who lay out a lot and have very high calltimes or very low quality scores....quality my ass....they listen to calls day and night..big brother is always listening to you..only people who kiss customer ass and evil punters are left..a punter is a master at dumping callers..."we cant help you with that..heres microsofts 800#" "im sorry that is beyond my support boundrys call aol tech support at 1=800 bla bla........they offer VTO (volunteer time off) on a daily basis..pretty much letting people go home who want to..unpaid btw.
the "herd" is definately thinning down...i bet in a few weeks the dumbasses fire so many people that there wont be enough to take all the calls.

lol the morale team strikes again..today is "50s" day "Wear Your 50s clothes and geta free rootbeer float!" wtf are they buyin their crack at?? 50s my ass...i spent the last year of the 50s in my momma's womb so im not sure if it was as fun for me as for the old farts who actually remember it. lets celebrate the cold war,the h-bomb and communism! i wore my "I would rather be killing Communists" t-shirt and matching camo pants..cant stand rotbeer anyway. one old lady called in...furious that she cant get her email...its a LIFE or DEATH thing gettin email ya know...i had to explain to her that you cant just type in any email address you want and any password and get email..your account kinda has to EXIST ON OUR SERVER before you can check it. "well i dont like that..my last email provider did it my way"
...exactly what company is employing the psychic friends network to GUESS what email accounts you will be checking i ask her. "you cant talk to me like that!" boy has she fucked with me on the wrong day...so i setup her email to recieve from her old aol acccount that she has canceled a month ago.
